2. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, precise location, contacts, identifiers, or browsing history.

Inspire Daily does not require you to create an account and does not send your data to a backend server.

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Inspire Daily stores certain information locally using device storage (e.g., AsyncStorage) to make the app work properly. This may include:

• Favorites: saved quotes you marked as favorites.
• Preferences: language selection, theme (light/dark/system), and other UI settings.
• App state: daily quote tracking (e.g., last shown quote/day) to keep the daily quote consistent.

This information stays on your device unless you remove it (see Section 7).

4. Sharing Features

Inspire Daily allows you to share a quote using your device’s native sharing feature (for example, via Messages, Email, or social apps). When you share content:

• The content you choose (quote text, author, and the app name) is handed to the app/service you select.
• We do not receive a copy of what you share.
• The recipient app/service may process the content according to its own privacy policy.

5. Third-Party Services

Inspire Daily does not integrate analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, payment processors, or account/login providers.

Note: Your device operating system and app store (e.g., Google Play / Apple) may collect basic diagnostics, crash information, or download/installation data as part of providing their services. This is controlled by the platform and your device settings.

6. Ads and Purchases

Inspire Daily does not display ads and does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Because data is stored locally on your device, you control it:

• You can remove the app to delete locally stored data (favorites, preferences, and app state).
• If the app provides a “reset” option in settings, you can use it to clear local data (if available).

We do not store personal data on our servers, so we cannot access or delete data remotely.

8. Security

We aim to keep the app secure and minimize data handling by keeping information on-device. However, no method of storage is 100% secure. Protect your device with a passcode and keep your OS up to date.

9. Children’s Privacy

Inspire Daily is intended for a general audience and is not designed to collect personal information from children. Since we do not collect personal data, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR/CCPA/PIPEDA)

Depending on your location, privacy laws may grant rights such as access, deletion, or correction of personal information.
